Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Director to lead our supply chain operations and drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage demand, production, and supply plans to align with customer needs and business goals.
- Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Manage logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs compliance.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, implementing methodologies such as Just-In-Time, Material Requirements Planning, and Kanban.
- Define, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators (On-Time-In-Full, lead time, cost optimization, and efficiency).
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing.
- Implement and leverage digital tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Warehouse Management Systems, and Transportation Management Systems for process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in planning and logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Proven expertise with:
- Warehouse Management Systems
- Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Transportation Management Systems
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
