the ideal candidate will have experience working in an operations environment, payroll processes, and union negotiations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to manage workflow effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
qualifications
* a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* 5+ years of experience: in human resources business partner roles.
* operations expertise: 3+ years of experience working in an operations environment/associates.
* payroll knowledge: experience in payroll processes.
* language proficiency: english proficiency.
