the customer solutions representative ensures effective support to customers in the automotive and industrial markets. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role interfaces with internal resources to fulfill customer demand and provides end-to-end solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities
* receive, register, and process customer orders accurately and on time.
* monitor and resolve supply chain issues to meet customer demand.
* follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
* coordinate logistics and shipments, including export procedures.
* assist with shipment issues such as lost or damaged materials.
* work closely with supply chain to prioritize and expedite critical parts.
* analyze and monitor key customers' backlog.
* process and validate asn (advanced shipping notices).
* monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent shipment delays.
* manage electronic data interchange (edi) processes.
* drive strategies to improve customer experience through strong communication.
* collaborate closely with sales to deliver a high-class customer experience.

* bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* ability to build and maintain relationships in a cross-functional environment.
* proficiency in microsoft office applications, especially excel.
* high level of initiative, energy, and ownership.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* experience with sap is preferred.
