*responsibilities and functions*- conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and observation sessions with business users to gather detailed requirements- use techniques such as document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.- identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.- develop comprehensive business requirement documents (brds), functional requirement documents (frds), and software requirement specifications (srs).- create detailed use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.- maintain requirement traceability matrices to track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
*requirements*:- bachelor's degree (information systems, business administration, computer science, or a related field)- upper-intermediate english level.- proficient in business analysis techniques and methodologies.- strong understanding of software development life cycle (sdlc) methodologies, including agile and waterfall.- experience with requirements management tools (e.g., jira, confluence).- familiarity with modeling tools such as microsoft visio, or uml diagrams.- basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple sql queries is a plus.- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
