Key responsibilitiessupport the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as hvac, fire pump station, ro plant, ups, and air compressor.monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.collaborate with engineering, production, and ehs teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.requirementshigh school or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.3~8 years of hands-on experience in facility or utility management, preferably in the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.solid understanding of building and facility systems (e.g., hvac, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).familiar with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and standard maintenance procedures.good leadership and team supervision skills with experience leading small technical teams.strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.experience with computerized maintenance management systems (cmms) or other relevant software is preferred.
