The lead project manager is expected to balance technical understanding with financial management, client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured pmo environment.key responsibilities:technology knowledge:understand and leverage technology solutions to meet client business objectives.manage projects involving ai, genai, contact center solutions (ccaas), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.financial management: handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.client engagement:communicate effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
