in this essential role, you will develop and implement comprehensive verification strategies to ensure the resilience and accuracy of our hbm products. You will closely collaborate with design, modeling, and architecture teams to successfully integrate advanced verification tools and methodologies. Your expertise in analog-mixed signal environments will be vital in advancing simulation flows and integrating digital and analog verification processes smoothly. Additionally, you will guide less experienced engineers and contribute to enhancing our verification process to excel in the competitive landscape.
responsibilities
* develop and implement verification strategies to ensure the robustness of hbm products.
* collaborate with develop, modeling, and architecture teams to implement advanced verification tools and methodologies.
* improve simulation flows and integrate digital and analog verification processes.
* support developing engineers and improve verification processes to achieve top-notch quality and efficiency.
* provide verification support by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip builds.
minimum qualifications
* proficiency in establishing and simulating verification environments using analog-mixed signal (verilog+spice).
* proficiency in fastspice (primesim/finesim/spectre) based simulation.
* proficient understanding of basic digital and analog circuits, simulation, troubleshooting, and evaluation.
* proven ability to guide and direct verification efforts within areas of expertise.
* experience developing test cases/stimuli to increase functional coverage for dram and emerging memory architectures.
preferred qualifications
* experience with schematic analysis and a high-level understanding of uvm.
* knowledge of dft features, including custom dft and standard scan chains.
* exposure to ieee1500/jtag and critical timing, data path timing analysis.
* expertise in simulation-based reliability analysis (bti, hc).
* experience with complete ownership of verification and end-to-end analysis of complex full chip gate level custom builds with outstanding power, performance, and bandwidth.
