Responsible for overseeing the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the plant's natural gas systems, especially those supporting high-consumption areas such as foundries. Ensure coordination with national regulatory bodies and supports internal improvement and maintenance initiatives.
Main responsibilities
supervise the design, operation, and maintenance of natural gas systems, with focus on foundry and high-demand plants.
Ensure continuous supply and performance of gas.
Maintain regulatory compliance with relevant authorities.
Support opex and capex project execution for gas-related infrastructure.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance through sap and ensure high system availability.
Drive operational improvements to reduce consumption and increase system efficiency
maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet plant requirements and resolve issues.
Comply with safety culture and best practices in all gas-related activities.
Ensure readiness for internal and external audits related to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the finance team to plan and control the gas utilities budget.
Position requirements
sap system knowledge
internal auditor certification (preferred)
4 years in natural gas operations, infrastructure, environmental standards, safety practices, quality, budget management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Problem-solving and time management abilities.
