Bim architect – industrial facilities location: remote – mexico schedule: full-time | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ctabout the role we are seeking a bim architect – industrial facilities with u.s. professional project experience to support the design and execution of complex industrial and manufacturing facilities. This role is execution-focused and highly technical, requiring strong experience with autodesk revit, multidisciplinary coordination, and direct involvement in construction documentation and code compliance. Experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom facilities is highly preferred but not required.what you'll doarchitectural design & documentation • lead architectural design and documentation from schematic design through construction administration • take ownership of construction document sets and architectural packages • develop plans, sections, details, schedules, and technical drawings • perform test fits, block plans, and phased layouts for active industrial facilitiescoordination & u.s. Codes • prepare and review code summaries, life safety plans, and code reviews for u.s. jurisdictions • ensure compliance with ibc, nfpa, osha, and applicable u.s. regulations • coordinate architectural work with structural, mep, and process engineering teams • participate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination effortsbim & technical standards • produce and manage bim deliverables using autodesk revit • enforce project bim standards and documentation quality • coordinate models using acc / bim 360, navisworks, and bluebeamteam collaboration & support • participate in design discussions, coordination meetings, and client calls • proactively communicate with project leadership to manage priorities and deadlineswhat we're looking for experience & technical skills • 8–10 years of professional architectural experience preferred (senior, hands-on role) • strong background in industrial or manufacturing projects • u.s.-based project experience is required • demonstrated experience with: • u.s. building codes • ibc • code summaries & life safety plans • advanced proficiency in autodesk revit • working knowledge of autocad, acc / bim 360, bluebeam, and navisworks • hands-on multidisciplinary coordination experience (not oversight-only) advanced revit expertise, a solid foundation in industrial environments, and direct exposure to u.s. codes such as ibc and nfpa are essential for success in this role.benefits compensation will be discussed during the interview process and aligned with experience, seniority, and engagement model.payroll 12 vacation days, 15-day christmas bonus, major medical insurance, life insurance, imss enrollment + laptop equipmentdirect contractor 12 vacation days, 15-day christmas bonus, major medical insurance, accounting support (tax declarations) + laptop equipment
