Key responsibilities
* manage and optimize all product listings to increase visibility and conversion.
* oversee daily account operations, including pricing, inventory, logistics coordination, and customer interactions.
* launch and monitor advertising campaigns using mercado ads to drive sales and roas.
* analyze marketplace data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
* collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, fulfillment, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
* stay updated on mercado libre’s policies, promotional events, and algorithm changes.
* manage reviews, customer inquiries, and potential disputes professionally.
* develop and execute promotional strategies for key sales events (e.g. Hot sale, cyber).
* support onboarding and scale-up of additional accounts or clients as needed.
qualifications
* 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (mercado libre, amazon, etc.).
* english proficiency strongly preferred.
* familiarity with refurbished tech or consumer electronics categories.
* strong understanding of marketplace operations: seo, ads, customer service, inventory.
* proficient in data analysis tools (excel, google sheets, or marketplace dashboards).
* self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* experience using mercado libre back-end tools (e.g. Mercado ads, business insights, meli apis).
* understanding of latam logistics and fulfillment processes.
