* technical background: extensive experience in cost accounting and inventory management in metal‑mechanic processes.

* technical knowledge: deep understanding of us gaap and manufacturing accounting.
* software proficiency: expert‑level skills in erp systems (sap, bpcs, plex, or qad) and advanced ms excel (pivot tables, power query, macros).
* analytical skills: strong ability to translate complex operational data into actionable financial strategies.
* communication: 100% professional proficiency in english; ability to present in staff meetings.
* soft skills: high attention to detail, ethical judgment, and the ability to work under pressure during closing periods.
critical responsibilities
* standard costing & variance analysis: maintain and update standard costs for aluminum raw materials, labor, and overhead; analyze manufacturing variances (scrap, labor efficiency, and ppv) to drive operational improvements.
* month‑end & year‑end close: lead the financial closing process, ensuring all journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements are completed accurately according to corporate deadlines.
* inventory control: oversee inventory valuation and accuracy; coordinate annual physical inventories and manage the cycle‑counting program to ensure 99%+ accuracy.
* financial reporting: prepare and present monthly management reporting packages, including p&l, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis for local and corporate leadership.
* audit management: serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation complies with sox and corporate governance.
basic responsibilities
* general ledger: manage the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* fixed assets: maintain the fixed asset register, track capex for manufacturing equipment, and manage depreciation schedules.
* accounts supervision: oversee accounts payable and receivable aging to ensure healthy cash flow and timely collections from oem customers.
* treasury support: assist in weekly cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliation processes.
