With direct ties to ejidos and smallholder farmers, the company is creating dignified employment and regenerative agriculture systems. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mérida, YUC. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying and closing new sales opportunities, and coordinating with the marketing team. Additional tasks include overseeing regional sales performance and providing regular sales reports. Some work from home is acceptable as part of this hybrid role.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in identifying and closing new sales opportunities
- Proficiency in coordinating with marketing teams and overseeing sales performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the food industry and functional, nutrient-dense foods is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
