the business growth strategist is responsible for driving sales and market share growth across central america and south america. This role will lead business operations, customer relationships, and internal collaboration.
this position requires execution in both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar environments, ensuring seamless integration of cross-functional teams to develop long-term plans based on market insights and analytics.
key responsibilities include achieving profitable sales and market share growth, maintaining effective working knowledge of external market factors, and developing strategic growth plans with new and prospective customers.
* develops and implements short- and long-term strategies to drive sales and profits through analysis of product mix, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.
* leverages data and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
* maintains collaborative relationships with management, national accounts, and internal cross-functional departments to drive business results.
* provides annual and ongoing customer forecasting for new product concepts, initiatives, and brand plans.
required skills include 5+ years of selling consumer products, managing distributors across latin america, and financial and analytical work to manage account profitability and investments.
additional qualifications include omnichannel experience, marketing and product management expertise in consumer products, and proficiency in microsoft office suite.
