As **Brand Manager** for our Oral Care category you will assure category development and growth with excellence across the 5P 's, and regular business updates. You will be responsible to build the strategic brand growth plans! By identifying the biggest opportunities, build and develop a plan to achieve and surpass short & mid-term objectives.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Fully build and implement brand plans
- P&L; management and budget planning & control
- Support Commercial Planning
- Follow-up promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns
- Develop and mentor our internal talent
**Basic Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related
- 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in a commercial area
- Advanced English level
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Nielsen Advisor / Answers
- SAP is a plus
