In this internship, you will be a part of a team who develops execution tracking framework and kpi (key process indicators) web dashboards, monitoring customer issue resolution and guiding org wide customer obsessive practices.
The team is also working on predictive analysis of customer data using machine learning solutions to enable pro-active customer support solutions.

- 1+ year of experience with python and web development and debug skills.

- knowledge of generative ai large language models and retrieval augmented generation.
- familiarity with agile practices, and overall software development methodologies.
- experience with etl software and practices (airflow).
- helpful to know django and javascript.
