What you'll do
* partner with senior client stakeholders to own and grow complex amazon, meli and walmart programs, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact
* lead end-to-end account strategy across mercado libre, amazon and other marketplaces, with a strong focus on ecommerce growth, retail fundamentals, and performance optimization
* develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps tied to client business goals, revenue growth, and marketplace expansion
* identify, scope, and drive new opportunities across media, retail operations, creative, and marketplace capabilities
* lead business reviews and executive-level presentations, delivering clear, data-driven insights and forward-looking recommendations
* translate marketplace data into actionable strategies, balancing performance, efficiency, and brand objectives
* oversee cross-functional delivery with internal media, creative, retail, and sales teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and accountability
* proactively monitor account health, flag risks early, and solve complex client or performance issues independently
* own all client communications, meetings, presentations, and deliverables with a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and follow-through
* mentor junior account team members and contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and process improvements
* stay ahead of amazon and marketplace trends, policy updates, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights internally and externally
* support onboarding of new clients and help shape scalable, repeatable account management standards
* drive innovation beyond core amazon programs, expanding into additional marketplaces or capabilities as client maturity grows
what we're looking for
* bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital media, or marketplace-focused roles
* proven experience owning senior client relationships and managing complex, high-impact accounts
* strong understanding of mercado libre and amazon advertising, retail fundamentals, and marketplace operations
* demonstrated ability to think strategically while also executing with precision and autonomy
* excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong business judgment
* comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
* fluency in spanish and english (written and verbal)
* proficiency in google workspace or microsoft office tools
* experience mentoring or guiding junior team members preferred
