Main purpose
responsible for the scientific exploration, evaluation, substantiation and translation of the selected future growth platforms. Demonstrate deep scientific understanding in nutrition and health and translate science into differentiated and meaningful business applications.
main responsibilities
- keep up to date advances in nutrition & health priority topics to feed the business strategies and innovation pipeline. - execution and implementation of laboratory techniques related to nutrition and health, e.g. protein quality, amino acid determination and digestion process to support scientific research projects. - research project management & data analysis, including clinical studies with focus on nutrition and health for strategic business opportunities based on consumer benefits. - conduct research and critical analysis of scientific literature to develop nutrition content and comprehensive documentation around the selected scientific strategic topics to provide guidance internally and with external audiences. - present science-based value propositions to multiple stakeholders and technical and non-technical audiences. - translate scientific evidence into compelling opportunity areas and concepts for internal teams and external audiences.
requirements
- bachelor in biochemistry, biotechnology, qfb or related. Master preferrable. - 3+ years of proven experience in laboratory techniques related to protein quality, amino acid determination and digestion process. - strong communication skills, able to translate technical data into clear insights for diverse audiences. - english proficiency. - availability for international travel.
