We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesforce operations management product manager to join our team.
in this role, you will oversee the salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
you will define and execute the product roadmap for salesforce operations, driving continuous improvement and maximizing the value of our salesforce investment.
you will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer service, and it to understand their needs, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that enable their success within the salesforce ecosystem.responsibilitiessalesforce strategy and roadmap:define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap for salesforce operations management, aligning it with the overall business strategy and leveraging the full potential of the salesforce platform.4 days on site, ford gtbc méxico (naucalpan)identify opportunities to improve salesforce performance, efficiency, and user experience, considering the latest salesforce releases and features.assist and plan the conduct of market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in salesforce operations and the broader salesforce ecosystem.requirements gathering and prioritization:collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer service, and it to gather and document business requirements within the context of salesforce capabilities.prioritize salesforce features and enhancements based on business value, impact, feasibility, and alignment with salesforce's strategic vision.translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories and technical specifications, considering salesforce's declarative development tools (flows, process builder, etc.) whenever possible.project management and execution:manage the execution of salesforce operations projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.work closely with salesforce developers and administrators to oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features, enhancements, and integrations within salesforce.coordinate with it to ensure proper salesforce configuration, data migration, integration with other systems, and ongoing maintenance.salesforce performance monitoring and optimization:monitor salesforce performance metrics (e.g., data quality, user adoption, governor limits, system uptime) and identify areas for improvement.develop and implement strategies to optimize salesforce performance, user experience, and data integrity.conduct regular audits of salesforce data, security settings, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.stakeholder communication and training:communicate regularly with stakeholders on the status of salesforce projects and initiatives.manage the development and delivery training materials and documentation to support user adoption and proficiency in salesforce.provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot salesforce-related issues.vendor management (if applicable):manage relationships with salesforce implementation partners, appexchange vendors, and other salesforce-related service providers, ensuring they meet service level agreements and deliver value for money.evaluate new salesforce technologies and appexchange solutions.qualificationsqualifications:4 days on site gtbc ford méxico (naucalpan)bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in salesforce operations management, with a strong understanding of the salesforce platform and its core functionalities (sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, etc.).
proven track record of managing salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a salesforce environment.strong understanding of salesforce best practices, data management principles, security concepts, and business processes as they relate to salesforce.excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that uses agile development methodologies within the salesforce ecosystem.experience with salesforce declarative development tools (flows, process builder, validation rules, etc.) and apex code (preferred).
