responsibilities
- implements and executes technical processes required to develop, test and release digital products and services using devsecops tools and practices, to ensure that digital solutions meet business objectives and deliver ongoing value to our customers.
* develops and implements integration and continuous deployment pipelines as well as port opening processes, window execution, security guidelines, compliance-sox and those necessary to ensure consistent solution deployments (ci/cd continuous integrations and releases), with the objective of improving efficiency in product delivery and guaranteeing a value to end customers.
* generates and validates in conjunction with the scrum team, user stories and technical acceptance criteria before releasing them to production, to ensure that products are delivered error-free and aligned to functional definitions.
* identifies and resolves bottlenecks and technical challenges with the support of the guild leaders, technical areas and scrum team, which may arise in the development and release process through ceremonies such as: daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives and root cause analysis (rca) to maintain operational continuity and minimize interruptions in ongoing projects.
* build a self-organized, high-performing agile team, focusing the technical team on continuously improving internal dynamics and performance through methods, as well as driving the implementation of solutions based on emerging technologies that optimize the teams' processes and capabilities, integrating training and innovative tools within the technical workflow to enable faster, scalable solutions aligned with the organization's digital transformation objectives.
