the role:
we are seeking a customer support specialist to join our customer success team. This role involves supporting customers by troubleshooting and resolving a range of technical issues, from simple to complex. You should be capable of handling inquiries accurately and promptly, and eager to collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience and make push truly customer-centric.
responsibilities:
* handle approximately 400 tickets monthly through various channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring customer support availability for up to 7.5 hours during operational hours.
* provide insightful advice and proactively resolve customer challenges related to push’s products and partner services.
* work effectively with internal teams such as sales, csms, account management, onboarding, developers, and payments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly.
* contribute to and maintain high-quality knowledge bases for customer self-service.
* achieve departmental productivity, efficiency, and quality goals while initiating improvements to the customer experience.
* demonstrate dedication to customer success by offering exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
