1. Possesses 8-10 years of it experience in retail, restaurants or consumer goods industry
2. Experience in retail and store operations processes like store inventory management, point of sale system, store transaction management (store ordering, receiving), loyalty, store work force management, compliance and loss prevention
3. Extensive hands-on experience in implementation project (point of sale, workforce management, in-store experience, retail shrinkage)
4. Should have handled and delivered complex projects within store operations domain
5. Experience working as product owner, business analyst, product manager, project manager to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap
6. Experience as liaison with business owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.
7. Should have excellent communications skills
8. Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore
10. Help create strategy, roadmap, and drive clients on their store operations transformation journey
11. Experience working with leadership teams to define the capability offerings of retail store operations
