the role
as a senior manager total rewards, you will play a crucial role in supporting, implementing, and optimizing total rewards programs in latin america. You will work closely with local teams and global stakeholders to drive employee strategy and compensation plans.
key responsibilities
* partner with people managers to drive people strategy in small business units or functions.
* provide expert advice and training on total rewards at country and cluster levels.
* coordinate and lead total rewards activities and program implementation in latin america.
* support leaders in managing employee relations and driving people strategy in small business units or countries.
requirements
you should have a strong academic background and at least 7 years of experience, with 3+ years in total rewards roles. Your advanced english skills, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking will be invaluable assets in this position.
