Key Responsibilities
- Policy Execution: Implement and communicate warranty policies (aligned with Aftersales Director’s strategy).
- Claims Management: Process dealer/customer claims, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation.
- Data Analysis: Track claim trends and report recurring issues to QA/Engineering teams.
- Audit Support: Maintain accurate records for internal/external audits.
- Dealer Training: Collaborate with Head of Technical Support to train dealers on warranty processes.
- Escalations: Resolve complex warranty disputes (escalated by Service Centers).
Requirements
- 3+ years in warranty roles (OEM/EV preferred).
- Analytical mindset, proficiency in warranty software.
- English fluency; Mandarin a plus.
