as a security and access solutions regional sales director you will own the growth and delivery of the latin america region. Your role is to achieve annual operating plan targets through a continuous improvement process that best places the business to achieve high-performance outcomes. You will be responsible for stabilizing processes, implementing a robust operating system, and developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and regions of responsibility. You will report to the building automation regional general manager for latam.you must have
* minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
* strong leadership and team management skills (8+ years).
* ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* ability to develop synergy and integration strategies between work teams and business units.
* deep knowledge of the security and access control technologies market across latin america.
* strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* proficient in crm software and microsoft office suite.

* provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership.
