key responsibilities:
* manage total sales and revenue growth of mold release products in assigned territories.
* build and maintain relationships with end-user and distributor accounts through regular visits, product trials, and technical demonstrations.

* develop a strategic business plan to drive new revenue organically through existing distributor locations.
* strengthen distributor performance through targeted training and joint customer visits.
