Senior software engineer (.net) - latam at hadrian join hadrian as we expand into the americas and help shape the future of automated offensive security. About the role as the first technical hire in latam, you will design, build, and maintain the apis that power our customer‑facing applications and internal hacker tooling. You will support the european engineering team, act as a technical point of contact for us customer success and sales teams, and help drive developer experience improvements across the organization. Responsibilities design, build, deploy and operate scalable, high‑performance apis that power hadrian’s applications. Ensure systems are robust, efficient, and observable, meeting reliability and performance expectations. Improve developer experience by refining the codebase, ci/cd pipelines, tooling, and workflows. Collaborate asynchronously with the europe‑based engineering team and assist us teams during their office hours with technical investigations. Debug complex, cross‑system problems spanning databases, programming languages, services, and infrastructure. Develop and maintain an event‑driven architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance. Review code across teams to maintain consistency, reliability, and technical quality. Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced engineers. Qualifications proficient in c# and .net core with strong experience building scalable backend services. Experience with postgresql (or similar relational databases) and sql queries. Understanding of event‑driven systems and experience with kafka or similar. Experience with kubernetes, docker, and cloud environments (aws, gcp, or azure). 5 years of relevant backend experience, 7 years overall software engineering. Excellent debugging skills for complex event‑driven microservice architectures. Experience with api design best practices, including versioning, scaling, and documentation. Knowledge of unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing tools. Experience developing software for cloud platforms. Clear communication in english; comfortable working remotely and asynchronously. Highly independent and comfortable across time zones. Bonus points experience or strong interest in golang. Familiarity with reactjs/nextjs and typescript; ability to fix frontend issues end‑to‑end. Prior experience in remote, independent roles supporting global teams. Strong sense of ownership and curiosity about the full hadrian platform.
