* proven record in implementing lean manufacturing, six sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality and productivity.
* strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
* ability to lead cross‑functional teams in developing and deploying automated solutions.
* familiarity with data collection and analysis systems for monitoring and improving process performance.
* excellent communication skills to drive engagement and training related to new automation initiatives.

* location: cienega de flores, santa catarina, nuevo león.
* number of positions: 2
* position requires five‑day a week in‑office model, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (occasionally weekend support).
