first 6 months 100% on-site (lomas verdes, naucalpan & insurgentes), then hybrid work model.
we're growing and looking for a committed, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a talent advisor.
this role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You'll also be part of a consulting environment, which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects.
requirements:
* 3 years of experience in hr roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)
* advanced english (required)
* basic knowledge of payroll and mexican labor law (preferred)
* basic to intermediate excel skills
* self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail
responsibilities:
* personnel administration and incident tracking
* pre-payroll validation
* employee support and follow-up
* answering hr-related questions and process support
* reporting, documentation, and client communication
* posting job openings and recruitment support (only when required)
