Nextpower is looking to hire an accounts payable analyst to work at our office in guadalajara, mexico (hybrid - 4 days onsite minimum). This role requires crisis management to act as the escalation point of contact, issue resolution, receiving, processing and verifying invoices and expense reports from vendors and employees.
key responsibilities
* invoice processing and payment processing.
* review of provisions.

* data and internal reports analysis.
professional skills & qualifications
* bachelor’s in finance, financial management, or equivalent.
* 2+ years of related experience.
* good understanding of ms outlook (basic level) and proficiency in ms excel and erp systems.
* engagement with project management.
* good knowledge of accounting principles.
* strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills.
* good written and oral communication skills in english.
