To learn more, please see.job overview manage customer relationships through a stable, productive, and satisfied sales force, balancing depth and coverage to meet sales quotas while maximizing resources.what you'll do here: shape and complete innovative sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned regions. Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated national geographic learning (ngl) sales team to deliver outstanding results. Uncover new business opportunities and expand our market presence, particularly in mexico's education sector. Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key clients and collaborators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer happiness and support our educational mission. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing ongoing oversight of new business generation, defining territory coverage strategies, and driving closure plans for key adoptions. Ensure accuracy and integrity of crm data. Additionally, responsible for overall people management, including performance reviews, employee development, feedback, and all related people management practices. Lead through change, addressing the needs of your team at a timely manner.skills you will need here: a proven history of success in sales management and achieving ambitious targets. Outstanding leadership and team-building skills to empower others. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments. Preferred experience: 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years managing teams, with a background in education (elt preferred) and global matrix experience a plus. Qualifications: graduate or post-graduate degree (or equivalent experience). Language skills: b2 proficiency in english (written and spoken).
