The oem program manager is responsible for managing end‐to‐end customer programs for assigned oem accounts, ensuring successful delivery in line with contractual requirements, timelines, cost targets, and quality standards. This role serves as the primary interface between the oem customer and internal cross‐functional teams.
key responsibilities
* act as the main point of contact for assigned oem customers, building strong and trusted relationships
* lead end‐to‐end program execution from nomination through sop and series production
* coordinate cross‐functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance
* manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure adherence to customer and internal milestones
* drive change management, issue resolution, and escalation with internal teams and customers
* ensure compliance with oem-specific processes, documentation, and reporting standards
* support commercial activities including quotes, pricing alignment, and contractual commitments
* monitor program kpis and report status to senior management and customers
key requirements
* bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in program management within an oem automotive manufacturing environment
* strong understanding of oem customer processes.
* excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
* proven ability to manage complex, cross‐functional programs in a matrix organization
* willingness to travel as required
