this role is responsible for main 3 key supply chain planning roles: demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.

we are looking for an experienced supply chain planning specialist with strong educational and professional background in supply chain with a previous experience working for a manufacturer.
responsible for managing direct customer relationships with motorola's mexico retail business, that have multiple product families and process responsibilities. Develops plans to align with motorola's strategic objective for growth. Works with sales, finance and supply chain planning teams to manage financial outlook and operational initiatives, while meeting customer expectations.
act as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer needs and concerns. Accountable for sales and inventory targets and ongoing end to end supply plan process improvements. Ability to work with spreadsheets, powerpoint, and other organizational erps like sap jda.
these responsibilities typically include: demand planning, order book management, customer sell thru trends and market analysis. Other duties include customer follow up, order processing and tracking, product allocation and availability to meet customer requirements. This person is equally required to lead and present during weekly conference calls both with internal and external customers, oversee product life cycle from beginning to end, and coordinate execution with factory production team.
key performance indicators will be on-time delivery, demand forecasting accuracy, product life cycle management, finished goods inventory and stock in channel attainment, forecast accuracy and more others.
this position will be key focal point in supporting motorola's retail channel partners in mexico. Successful attainment of key performance indicators will increase motorola's customer satisfaction and financial performance.
requirements
 * 2 to 3 years’ experience in supply chain preferably but not exclusive in retail (liverpool, walmart, coppel, elektra) or it companies
 * english advanced: mandatory (this position has meetings with global and other regions, every week)
 * availability of schedule for meetings with global teams and from other regions
 * bachelor's degree in administration, international trade, engineering or related
