we are looking for a skilled human resources specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

as a human resources specialist, you will be responsible for managing the human resources function by focusing on maintaining a healthy work environment. You will provide support to strategic projects and manage talent acquisition, services, and plant communication processes. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a strategic partner in the management of the implementation of communication programs, ensuring compliance with the strategic project recruitment plan through established dates, updating and sharing footprints to strategic projects on a monthly basis, providing support in covering the requirements of personnel working from tecate but reporting to other business units, providing the organizational development area with the descriptions of new positions for their registration in the system, managing the services provided to employees, such as work letters, personnel transportation, cafeteria services, and lockers, managing and following up the processes of recruitment, selection, and registration of personnel according to the needs of the organization, managing the process of personnel termination, participating in actions to improve the performance of the human resources indicators, such as rotation, absenteeism, organizational climate surveys, etc., participating as a liaison in human resources chambers and educational institutions, as well as in global hr programs, developing projects that contribute to the improvement of indicators and talent attraction, and being responsible for the integration and custody of the files of all plant personnel. You will also follow up on labor and organizational climate situations that may arise in the different areas.

the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in human resources management, experience in human resources processes, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, communication, and services, functional experience in hr practices and legal compliance, good communication skills, and proficiency in english (written and spoken). Additionally, you should have a master's degree and be available to travel occasionally.
