the role reports to the executive director, global ifs supply chain.drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, zero incidents, and operational excellence with a strong focus on process automation.establish robust process controls across inventory, production targets, and customer deliveries.ensure effective communication with business leaders, integrate best practices, and align the supply chain with a competitive business environment.lead end‐to‐end manufacturing operations across the ifs plant network, ensuring alignment with business strategy and production targets.support and reinforce a performance‐based accountability culture and rewarded business outcomes.autozone supply chain analystresponsibilities include forecasting and purchasing the correct inventory into distribution centers, planning seasonal replenishment, and coordinating with other departments on new planograms and promotions.review and adjust the forecast used to determine purchase quantities.place purchase orders to vendors and manage replenishment parameters in the system.collaborate with vendors, dcs, and merchandising to increase inventory turns and supply‐chain efficiency.measure service level and other performance objectives.identify root causes of issues and develop corrective action plans.supply chain manager – ems – guadalajarathe supply chain manager leads the end‐to‐end supply chain function of the plant with a strong operational focus, ensuring material availability, production continuity, and customer satisfaction.lead production planning, mrp, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with customer demand and plant capacity.act as the key interface between supply chain and production, managing daily priorities and resolving operational issues on the shop floor.manage shortages, urgent changes, and supply risks to ensure quick decision‐making and problem‐solving.oversee procurement, logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams, ensuring strong coordination and execution.develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve lead times, reliability, and performance.monitor and improve key kpis such as on‐time delivery, inventory turns, shortages, excess/obsolete stock, and forecast accuracy.collaborate closely with operations, program management, finance, and engineering to align supply‐chain activities with business needs.lead and develop the supply‐chain team in a demanding, fast‐paced environment.coordinate with the global supply chain organization and report functionally to the global supply chain manager.lead scm project manager – jabilthe lead scm project manager drives ongoing enhancements and increased efficiency within jabil's global price administration process.the role manages indirect resources dedicated to improving jabil's global supply‐chain processes and software.act as the first point of escalation when supply assurance is threatened.ensure suppliers employ best‐practice techniques and have sufficient machine capacity reserved.maintain correct manning availability and capability with training.liaise with tooling engineers to manage day‐to‐day issues inside suppliers during tooling/process qualification and startup.act as the communication link between bu and supplier, mitigating risks where supplier selection necessitates the use of a supplier with audit or performance deficiencies.install in‐process inspection and process audits as required.support cost management initiatives, including material management, process yield improvement, raw‐material handling, recycling, and packaging/mask recycling.execute agreed soia/vmi contracts where applicable.liaise with global and workcell sqe, provide solutions to supplier manufacturing problems, and oversee production start‐up and ramp‐up.manage execution of ecns, inventory, obsolescence, cost, and end‐of‐life processes.lead process improvement programs including optimizing and harmonizing processes to maximize yields, developing min‐max kanban systems, and implementing smed and proactive maintenance.oversee capacity expansion activities, including installation, trial, and qualification of additional manufacturing lines.provide supplier performance feedback to rcm and bu.qualifications & knowledge requirementsadvanced pc skills, including training and knowledge of jabil's software packages.ability to present information, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.strong analytical, communication, and project‐management skills.experience in procurement or supply‐chain roles (6‐10 years for jabil; 2‐3 years for autozone).
