*_job description _*ensure the physical and virtual inventory control and certainty through the validation of inbound and outbound materials and finished goods, materials delivery to bottling, bottling scrap, validation of the distilleries' inventory reports, cyclical inventories, and monthly physical inventories.
*_main responsibilities: _*inventory management- reflect in the erp all materials' receptions in the external and distilleries' warehouses, materials in quarantine, non-conforming materials returned to suppliers, materials deliveries to bottling, receptions of finished goods, materials scrap validation and adjustment and shipments of finished goods.
- validation of the materials shipped from the 3pl warehouse to the distillery warehouse procuring the correct item code, quantity and batch according to the fifo policy.
- validation of materials delivery to bottling in the distilleries' and reflect them in the virtual wip warehouse.
- validation of materials returned from bottling to the distillery warehouse and reflect them in the distillery's or 3pl materials warehouse.
- validation of the scrap generated in bottling and in the warehouse and report them in a weekly basis to the cost accounting coordinator, supply planning manager, and vp global supply chain and reflect them in the virtual materials scrap warehouse.
- validation of the finished goods delivered to the warehouse from bottling and generate the production order and the assembly report in the system to reflect them in the virtual finished goods warehouse.
- validation of the finished goods shipped from the distillery and reflect them in the virtual in transit inventory.
- reflect the in transit inventories to the external 3pl warehouses upon reception confirmed by the logistics manager.
- inventories- perform cyclical inventory counts and report the differences and justifications to the cost accounting coordinator, supply planning manager and vp global supply chain.
- support the monthly inventory counts and report the differences and justifications to the cost accounting coordinator, the supply planning manager and vp global supply chain.
- hold backup evidence of the reception of materials, delivery of the materials to bottling, non-conforming materials returns to the suppliers, delivery of materials to bottling, reception of devolutions from bottling, delivery of finished goods from bottling, shipments out of the distillery and reception of finished goods in external warehouses.
- maintain real time inventory information in the erp- generate results of cyclical and physical inventory counts.
*_experience:_*- industrial engineering, or similar- warehouse and inventories control and management, internal and 3pl- cyclical and physical inventory counts- warehouse report generation- ms office excel intermediate / advanced- at least 3 years in warehouse and inventory control management.
