key responsibilities:
platform support
* manage and support sailpoint infrastructure, including virtual appliances and iq services.
* troubleshoot and resolve sailpoint errors.
* create custom sailpoint rules using postman.
* support sailpoint pre-processor (custom c#/.net application).
* integrate adm and service accounts to iam. Access certification administration
* administer periodic access certification campaigns.
* create custom email templates for certification notifications.
* automate access certification campaigns.
* develop custom reporting for senior management.
application onboarding
* onboard third-party vended applications to iam.
* implement sailpoint connectors for applications such as salesforce and oracle.
* externalize vendor authentication and authorization processes.
* handle flat file onboarding.
* design role-based access control for existing and newly onboarded applications.
access administration
* administer user access in sailpoint.
* support jsmsailpoint connector.
skills
* expert experience with sailpoint identity platform.
* strong understanding of iam integrations and connectors.
* excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* knowledge of role-based access control design.
