* technical discovery call & stakeholder engagement: assemble sales support engineering team, align them on preliminary information, lead the technical discovery call, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and build rapport quickly.
* sdlc knowledge: discuss the software development lifecycle from ideation to market release to guide discussions and assess project feasibility.
* requirements discovery: use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting timelines, budgets, technical needs, and risk assessments.
* proposal development & deliverable creation: develop presentations and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, scope, value propositions, and recommendations; tailor deliverables to client challenges; integrate technical insights with business strategy.
* team buildout and project kickoff: coordinate across sales, recruiting, and engineering; ensure smooth handoffs from engagement through buildout to kickoff; act as a liaison and translate technical aspects into business-focused narratives.

* 3+ years of experience in similar sales & delivery management roles.
* exceptional communication & soft skills: ability to build rapport quickly, strong presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing interactions.
