the customer solutions representative ensures effective support to customers in the automotive and industrial markets. Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent shipment delays.
manage electronic data interchange (edi) processes.
drive strategies to improve customer experience through strong communication.
collaborate closely with sales to deliver a high-class customer experience.
bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
proficiency in microsoft office applications, especially excel.
experience with sap is preferred.
