responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships across latin america. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities in the 3pl sector, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to exceed targets while ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy.
responsibilities
* develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the latam region aligned with corporate objectives.
* identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
* build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
* lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
* collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are effectively positioned in the market.
* negotiate and close complex commercial agreements ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
* monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results to senior leadership.
* represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the latam region.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, supply chain management, or related field (mba preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive sales experience in contract logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* strong understanding of 3pl operations including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs processes.
* excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* willingness to travel extensively across the latam region.
