job description - guarantee the operation of information systems; understand and analyze the needs of the business operationally and carry it out in an information system. Having several information systems, erp, wm sap modules and warehouse management systems. Engages with global implementation project team to do local implementation ensuring compliance with mexican legal requirements.
responsibilities
* knows and understands the operational processes.
* execution of processes and system tests.
* acts as the intermediary between system specialists and operational people; ensures systems work directly without programmers or extra manpower.
* transmits changes in processes to the operational teams and conducts training so that teams can carry out their activities.
* serves as the point of contact with project teams related to logistics.
qualifications
* deep knowledge and understanding of end-to-end warehousing processes.
* involved in multiple full life-cycle implementation projects, upgrades and global projects.
* experience in sap ewm, wm and im; experience in erp and ewm integration.
* cross-functional sap erp experience including pp, le, qm, sd.
* experience with edi communication.
* knowledge of oem it requirements, asn\'s, labeling, batch management, hu management.
* knowledge of sql and business intelligence (microsoft power bi).
* knowledge of applicable hardware setup such as printers, scanners, and handheld devices.
