- Develop and deploy standard strategies for plant operation regarding Ergonomics, ESD (Electro Static Discharges) and micrologistics achieving maximum optimization or technical and human resources.
- Support in the implementation of central systems and special projects for the operation of the plant.
- Participation in continuous improvement to reduce resources and waste in operational areas.
**Profile**:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
1-3 Years of experience of Industrial Engineer in the electronic industry is highly desirable.
1-3 Years of experience leading improvement projects is highly desirable.
Intermediate English ( written, highly desirable spoken )
Lean manufacturing experience will be a strong plus.
Process introduction.
Big data knowledge will be a strong plus.
Advanced Microsoft office knowledge will be desirable
POWER BI will be a strong plus
SAP knowledge will be a strong plus
AUTOCAD strong plus
