- insurance industry experience, premium receivable handling preferred

- customer service focused with the ability to interact with customers to resolve questions quickly and satisfactorily

*linguistics*
- proficiency in english, spanish is required.
portuguese is a plus.
- additional languages of relevant markets (especially french, german) are a plus.

- proficiency with microsoft office is a must, specially in excell.
swift messages for documentary business are a plus.
- strong analytical skills (flair for figures).
competency in intermediate level math, administrative and clerical procedures, general economic and accounting principles, and customer service processes.

- occasional travel may be required for meetings, seminars, and training.
