responsibilities:
1. manage and maintain the integrated management system in assigned projects.
2. responsible for stopping production in case of risks.
3. lead the team to maintain certifications and recertification of the integrated management system iatf 16949.
4. serve as an auditor within the integrated management system.
5. promote and implement continuous improvement projects.
6. provide service to customers and suppliers (through sqe) for claims, guarantees, and certifications.
qualifications:
1. degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or mechatronic engineering.
2. 3 years of relevant experience (desirable).
3. 4 years of experience as a quality engineer in the automotive industry (desirable).
4. knowledge of global standards and audits.
5. familiarity with quality control tools.
6. strong customer relationship skills.
7. people management skills.
