work you'll do/responsibilities
as a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions
* supervise the generation and timely delivery of 1,200+ unique client reports annually; oversee scaling toward a projected 3,000 reports globally.
* direct workflow assignment, backup resource planning, and production tracking via smartsheet and slack.
* ensure all processes comply with slas/metrics around timeliness, accuracy, and error handling; publish regular metrics to leadership.
* embed quality review, incident logging, and peer manager sign-off for the most complex or sensitive deliverables.
* lead onboarding of new recurring and ad hoc report types—ensuring template, data sourcing, and process documentation standards are met.
* oversee client communications, especially complex mandate or custom data point inquiries, serving as escalation point for client distribution.
* support audit requests, regulatory reviews, and archival of all deliverables to meet institutional and iso standards.
* guide team adoption of automation tools, document process improvements, and plan resource/talent expansion—particularly in new time zones.
* foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture, enabling consistency and business continuity through change.

qualifications required
* 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
* completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
* responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
* identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
* advanced english level
* experience in client reporting, fund reporting, or investment data operations within asset management or related field
* experience leading global or cross-shore reporting teams and managing high-volume bespoke reporting.

* expertise in excel, workflow management tools (smartsheet), and secure file delivery practices.
* deep understanding of investment management products types (e.g., mutual funds, exchange traded funds, interval funds, closed end funds).
