This includes, but is not limited to, design, drawings, structural analysis, order entry, visualization, and testing. tasks and qualifications:
* lead and/or actively participate in design systems that integrate hardware and software, structural analysis, material specification, schematic preparation, and follow-up.
* partner with remote team members to track progress, success, and performance gaps.
* identify, align, and lead skills development and target goals.
* ensure compliance with local and supported authorities for visa management.
* maintain a schedule for individual contributors and coordinate with the team for level-loading.
* lead scope, budget, and schedules as per sow.
* build cross-functional partnerships with regional managers to maintain standards.
* support high-priority projects with technical support and training.
* support team growth and focus by understanding technical responsibilities.
* maintain team tools, including laptops, ppe, etc.
* travel to sites or other offices as needed for meetings, training, and business.
* proactively work with internal partners to clear project delivery roadblocks.
