join the k family in mexicali as business analyst. You will support multiple functions in the mexicali plant as human resources are focused on the window project. Furthermore, you will support the operations of the finance team by participating in specific strategic cross functional projects.

* problem solving and improvement: process improvement changes for the finance business and analytical and problem solving support for finance team and business partners
* assistance with projects: assist finance management with special projects and continuous improvement opportunities to drive long term results as well as work alongside plant leadership and operations to complete day to day tasks
* recovery and consolidation of information: support in recovery and consolidation of documentation to support fixed assets in the mexicali plant
* inventory support: support in spare part/obsolete/slow moving inventory reduction
* support in project: support in window project follow up activities

* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related degree; with 2+ years related work experience
* computer skills, including strong proficiency with microsoft office excel
* english is a must
* strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
* focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* working effectively in a virtual and physical team environment

this role is responsible for technical development and functional support for one or more etrace modules for all advanced energy sites. etrace is the warehouse and shopfloor execution system for the ep factories which will be rolled out to other sites and future acquisitions if any.
essential responsibilities:
* development and support for etrace (sox)
* working closely with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solution to project manager.
* planning and documenting functional requirement for features and system design.
* provide sustaining support to etrace with enhancement releases and data maintenance adhering to it change management processes
* ensure standardization of the etrace solution across all ae factories. Roll out newly developed module to new manufacturing sites as appropriate.
* work with project manager to perform functional and/or technical assessment of rolling out etrace to other ap facilities.
* work with project manager to preparing an execution plan and seamless go live as per the plan with minimal impact to operations, as well as the contingency plan to handle any possible exception.
