Digital marketing specialist (b2c focus) – part-time

remote – mexico

part-time

compensation: 16,500 – 18,000 mxn / month

about the role

we're looking are looking for a digital marketing specialist with strong b2c campaign experience to drive audience growth and engagement across digital channels.

this is not a content-only role. The ideal candidate will own campaign execution end-to-end, from building funnels to optimizing performance across platforms such as facebook, instagram, and tiktok, while working in a flexible part-time capacity.

this role also requires a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who proactively identifies opportunities, builds outreach strategies, and contributes to partnerships that expand reach and impact. .

key responsibilities

b2c campaign management & growth

* plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across facebook, instagram, and tiktok
* build and manage marketing funnels (awareness → engagement → conversion)
* track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using data and kpis
* optimize campaigns for audience growth, engagement, and conversions

content & video strategy

* repurpose existing content into short-form videos (reels, tiktok) aligned with campaign goals
* collaborate on content strategy that supports funnel performance
* use ai tools for content creation, optimization, and scaling

outreach & business development

* identify and engage ngos, communities, influencers, and strategic partners
* develop and execute outreach strategies (email, social, partnerships)
* build and nurture relationships that drive visibility and growth
* proactively identify new opportunities without needing step-by-step direction

platform & growth support

* support traffic acquisition initiatives to digital platforms
* assist in optimizing user journey and conversion flow

google ad grants

* support management and optimization of google ad grant campaigns
* monitor performance and improve traffic quality

requirements

* proven experience in b2c digital marketing (must-have)
* hands-on experience managing campaigns on:
* facebook ads
* instagram ads
* tiktok (organic and/or paid)
* strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance tracking
* experience with analytics tools and kpis (ctr, cpa, conversions, etc.)
* experience using ai tools for marketing (content, seo, ads, or analytics)
* ability to execute outreach and partnership initiatives independently
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
* availability to work in a part-time remote role

nice to have

* experience with seo tools (e.g., semrush, ahrefs)
* experience with google ads / google ad grants
* background in nonprofits or mission-driven organizations
* portfolio showcasing campaign results or case studies
* fluency in spanish or french (french preferred)
