What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound chats and emails into closed deals.
- Advise customers on how to get the most value from Apollo’s platform.
- Upsell and cross-sell to expand customer impact.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to improve the customer journey.
- Consistently meet performance and revenue targets.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales role (SaaS, Fintech, BPO, or E-commerce).
- English fluency (C1+).
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ambition to grow your career in tech sales or customer success.
