*responsabilities*:
- steers and validates provision of relevant information about the customer in the area of responsibility
- validates rfq conditions, customer project portfolio development, the realization of potential customer target costs in area of responsibility and informs all relevant parties
- evaluates product changes regarding commercial factors
- drives the business on customer or car line level (margin contribution), the strategic business planning and the operational reporting
- approves and steers measures execution for margin improvements in the area of responsibility
- decides and negotiates with the customer in case that arbitration of customer volume/demand in order to optimize production costs
- acts towards the customer as first contact person and coordinates and tracks all topics/ escalations addressed from the customer
- manages positive positioning of leoni at the customer regarding to image, marketing, brand proactively and customer feedback
- collects customer claims and co-ordinates solutions, car line level that all customer claims are negotiated and paid in the targeted time line with the requested result
- manages the on-time cash collection and overdue payments & deductions in the area of responsibility in co-operation with customer billing

- bachelor's degree completed
- minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position
