*responsibilities*:
- troubleshoot and resolve issues in *azure devops* environments.
- design, implement, and maintain *ci/cd pipelines* using *jenkins* and *gitlab*.
- monitor performance, availability, and reliability across *aws* and *gcp*.
- administer and support *source control* with *bitbucket* and *gitlab* (branching, prs, permissions).
- participate in *scrum* ceremonies and contribute to agile project delivery.
- create and maintain *runbooks, sops, and knowledge base* articles.
- stay current with industry trends; recommend tooling and process improvements.
- foster a culture of *continuous improvement* and operational excellence.
*requirements*:
- 4-7 years in cloud/devops/sre roles with production ownership.
- strong experience with *azure devops* (pipelines, repos, artifacts, release).
- hands-on with *jenkins* and/or *gitlab ci* for build/release automation.
- proven monitoring and incident response across *aws* and/or *gcp* (metrics, logs, alerts).
- proficiency with *git* workflows and repository administration (bitbucket/gitlab).
- familiarity supporting *.net* apps (runtime, configuration, dependency management).
- working knowledge of *itil* processes within agile environments.
- scripting for automation (powershell, bash, or python).
- strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.
*nice to have*:
- experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., arm/bicep/terraform).
- exposure to containerization/orchestration (docker/kubernetes).
- azure certifications (e.g., az-104, az-400) and/or itil foundation.
- knowledge of security, secrets management, and compliance best practices.
